HMD Global on Thursday, December 3 announced availability of the new Nokia 3.4 in Kenya.

The  device is the successor to the Nokia 3.3.  Its starting average retail price is Ksh18,000.

“With the new Nokia 3.4 we wanted to stay true to what made its predecessor successful, but also push the boundaries on what features we can include on a phone that’s designed to bring big experiences without the big cost,” noted HMD Senior Business Manager Gopher Ogembo.

It comes with Android 10 OS and the Nokia smartphone Android promise, receiving three years of monthly security updates and two years of OS upgrades.

It promises performance thanks to the powerful Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 460 Mobile Platform.

A 6.39” HD+ screen with punch-hole display offers users sufficient screen real estate, making it ideal for work and entertainment.

The Nokia 3.4 is the first device in its series with a punch-hole display and a triple rear camera with an ultra-wide lens and AI imaging.

Photo-lovers will appreciate the phone’s artistic background blur effects in portrait mode, which allow you to adjust the focus even after you’ve taken the picture.

For shots in low light, night mode offers image fusion and exposure stacking, ensuring you capture all the details.

The 5MP ultra-wide camera also ensures you can capture everything in a single shot.

The phone has an impressive two-day battery life, meaning you don’t have to constantly worry about plugging in.

It also includes Adaptive Battery Technology which prioritizes power to the most used applications.

The Nokia 3.4 features a sleek design,  and comes in Fjord and Charcoal color options with 4/64GB memory and storage configurations.
