There was celebration as rescuers found the woman who was weak but without physical injuries. This comes two days after a child aged about one and a half years, was found emaciated under the debris on the first floor of the building.

Death toll at the collapsed building is now at 33, those missing are 80 as search for more victims is extended to the nearby river. The latest development has raised hopes of finding more victims alive since the building sank on Friday, April 29 at around 9:30 PM under heavy rains.

Rescue operators are reportedly lamenting over short supply of necessary equipment to speed up the  rescue and recovery mission. Only eight out of the 33 confirmed dead victims of the Huruma tragedy have been identified due to poor turnout of relatives.
