Bob Collymore, Safaricom  chief executive officer, was probably honest when he said on a national TV that he does not like Kenya food but the statement seemed to have elicited bitter emotions from Kenyans.

In no better way were the bitter reactions expressed than on twitter where Bob Collymore became a trending topic for the better part of Wednesday June 3 with twitter users using the platform to chide the chief executive officer of East Africa’s biggest company by profitability.

While appearing on KTN’s person of interest show, Collymore was asked about his favourite food. He sturrtered before finally saying he does not like Kenya food and innstead prefers Asian food. “Actually I do not like Kenyan food very much…my favourite food is Indian and Chinese, so it is Asian kind of stuff for me,” he said.
