NAIROBI – Sheria Sacco has signed up on SpotCash to bring efficiency to its customers through the mobile banking platform developed by Tangazoletu Limited. All 8,000 Sheria Sacco members drawn from the Judiciary, Attorney General chambers, various government ministries and business can access their account on mobile.
SpotCash is a mobile banking platform used by more than 30 formal and registered financial institutions ranging from banks, microfinance institutions and Saccos in Kenya. Sheria Sacco joined last week and is setting up the SpotCash Bridge, which integrates with the core banking system.Sheria Sacco joins the big names in the Sacco sector like TAI Sacco, 2NK Sacco and Nation Sacco which started running Spotcash Mobile Banking from March this year.
SpotCash integrates to core banking systems, telecommunication companies infrastructure and mobile money transfer systems to offer services such as balance enquiry, cash withdrawal, cash deposit, loan application, loan disbursement and repayment, share purchase among others.
Tangazoletu is also the biggest Sacco aggregator in Kenya, providing 24 hours support to clients around the country.
