On Wednesday, 8th June, 2016,  the Saracen Media offices were raided by representatives of the Kenya Copyright Board accompanied by 30 police officers. Consequently, they confiscated all laptops and equipment within our premises in line with a court order issued by Senior Principal Magistrate Hon. E. K. Usui on Monday, 7th June 2016.

As such, the matter has since been taken up by our lawyers who will pursue the matter in accordance to the law. This notwithstanding, we would like to assure our partners and clients that all our business operations will continue to run seamlessly, as this matter is currently being handled by our lawyers.
