Airtel Kenya has launched a new exclusive service that gives its diamond and platinum customers priority access to the network, call centre and shops. “We are delighted to offer an exclusive premier package that will delight our customers looking for tailor made and personalised service. This value adding proposition is a showcase of our commitment to deliver innovative and relevant solutions to our customers,” said Mr. Shivan Bhargava, managing director of Airtel Kenya, during the launch of Airtel Premier Club.

Airtel Premier Club members will get personalised services such as credit facilities, the ZAWADI programme, an exclusive website, free sim replacement and priority services.

One network will be a convenient roaming solution as it is designed for the Pan African and Middle East customer’s communication needs. One network is a borderless mobile phone network across the Airtel Pan-African communities. Mr. Bhargava promised more innovative products and services as t strives to achieve its vision of being the most loved brand by 2015.
