Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero had to remove his shoes and wade through dirty water on a section of the road he was using that had been submerged in water.
Below is a photo showing him walking through water in Rangwe village, Homa Bay County on Wednesday December 10, 2015. “His feet had to be disinfected,” said a resident who witnessed the incident.
Kidero had gone to inspect a maize plantation and had was forced to cross a through a flooded stream in Rangwe Constituency to reach the farm. Kidero is seen in the midst of a number of people accompanying him to the site of the maize plantation.
