Safaricom has emerged the winner in two prestigious categories at the first ever Careers In Africa Employer of Choice Awards, held in Johannesburg, South Africa late last week. Safaricom, which recently marked its 15th anniversary, was named the winner in two categories: Africa Employer of Choice 2015 for Leadership and Management, and Africa Employer of Choice 2015 for CSR.

The awards are a partnership between pan-African business magazine African Business and top international recruitment consultancy Global Career Company, and are the result of Africa’s first continent-wide survey aimed at gaining insights into the perceptions of various companies’ current and future employees.
