The parents of a baby born with two heads in Budalang’i need Sh350,000 for surgery.

The baby’s father Macdonald Kachero said today that the child has been admitted at Moi referral hospital in Eldoret awaiting treatment.

“We are appealing to well-wishers to kindly assist us to raise the money urgently so that our baby girl can be operated on and correct the situation,” he told The Star on the phone.

Judith Atieno, 21 had a successful delivery at Sirimba mission dispensary on Monday, a few metres from her California village home in Mudembi.

Atieno told the Star at her home on Wednesday that doctors advised her to take the baby to Moi Teaching And Referral Hospital in Eldoret for emergency surgery.

“We are earnestly appealing to our MP Ababu Namwamba and other good samaritans to assist us,” she said.
