Safaricom partners with mobile analytics firm

Flytxt, a leading mobile consumer analytics solution provider for enterprises, today announced an partnership with Safaricom to deploy its Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions. Flytxt’s advanced analytics powered solutions will enable Safaricom to improve customer experience through personalised and contextually relevant engagement with customers throughout their lifecycles.

“We continuously work to better understand our customers so that we are able to streamline our services and offer the best possible solution,” said Sylvia Mulinge, Director- Consumer Business, Safaricom. “Our partnership with Flytxt aims to provide better customer insights that will help us realise our goal of delivering a differentiated experience to our customers.”

Flytxt’s solutions leverage packaged analytics to provide telcos with actionable insights that help them to take faster decisions across business work flows and touch points. These solutions further enable them to personalise their services to customers and optimally utilise the opportunities for enhancing customer lifecycle value.

With over 25 million subscribers, Safaricom is East Africa’s largest telecommunications company with a portfolio of products spanning the voice, data, mobile money and enterprise segments. Safaricom being an affiliate of the Vodafone Group, this partnership marks Flytxt’s third such agreement within the group’s global footprint.

Flytxt has a presence across Africa through partnerships with top tier telecommunications companies, including a group level agreement with MTN.
