Leading online marketplace to reward buyers with 70% discount worth Ksh10 million

Online marketplace, Kilimall, has launched a major promotion that offers up to 70 per cent discount and vouchers on smartphones and mobile phone accessories.

Kilimall Kenya Marketing Director Larry Liu said the company is giving out more than Ksh10 million worth of discounts on smartphones during the one-week promotion, which ends on June 5th.

Mobile phone brands on offer include Samsung and Gionee as well as Infinix, Cubot and CCIT, targeted at all market segments. Customers will also enjoy huge discounts on accessories such as smartphone batteries and covers.

Mr Liu said Kilimall, which has been in operation in Kenya for the last two years, had expanded its market share with more Kenyans shopping on its online retail shop at www.kilimall.co.ke.

“Kenyans have really supported us and it’s time for us to reward them with a chance to own genuine smartphone at really affordable prices,” he said.

He said the Kenyan mobile market is growing at a steady rate and presents a huge opportunity for Kilimall. “Everyone now wants to own a smartphone and we want to make sure that is possible,” he said.
