KCB Group has entered into an agreement with Easy Taxi, an online taxi services provider, to enable customers pay using the KCB Pepea Debit Card. The partnership will see KCB and Easy Taxi— a mobile phone-based application — customers to download the App and link it with their Pepea Cards. Customers will then be able to pay for taxi services using the debit cards.
Speaking during the unveiling of the partnership, Easy Taxi Kenya CEO Paul Ndichu noted that the incorporation of KCB Pepea into the Easy Taxi App will increase convenience for customers and reduce over-reliance on cash or mobile money to pay for taxi services. “KCB Pepea Card brings on board a new experience and fantastic features.
