CBA to list maiden medium term note

Kenya’s largest privately owned bank, CBA Africa will tomorrow list its maiden Medium Term Note at the Nairobi Securities Exchange Fixed Income Segment at an official bell ringing ceremony.

CBA raised Ksh7 billion through the Medium Term Note issue, which was oversubscribed by 40%. The first tranche of the Medium Term Note was issued to the public in notes amounting to Ksh5 billion.

At the same time, CBA will announce the issuance of the second tranche of its Medium Term Note of Ksh2 billion.
