The controversy around Weston **tel took a new turn after a land ****** sued Deputy President W***iam Ruto over the land on which the **tel sits.
Mr Martin Muriithi Njeru argues that he has sufficient reasons to believe Mr Ruto *******ly acquired the land and s**uld be ordered to return it to the government.
“Mr Ruto has publicly admitted that he owns Weston **tel, which is built on public land. Despite being a***e of the ******* acquisition of the land, Mr Ruto has ignored public outcry concerning his ******* acts,” said Njeru.

Mr Njeru wants the court to order Mr Ruto to step aside pending investigations into the alleged land grabbing, arguing that Mr Ruto occupies an in***ential position and is likely to interfere with investigations if st*** in office.
He also wants Mr Ruto stop*** from dealing, alienating or transferring the Weston **tel land until the dispute surrounding the land’s acquisition is determined.
