Barack Obama may not have included a trip to Kogelo on his schedule, but one witch doctor has predicted the US president will go to his ancestral home.
Mr John Dimo, a witch doctor from Kogelo, has predicted that Obama will in fact visit the home of his ancestors contrary to official communication. Residents of Kogelo have been preparing for a possible visit, despite Obama not confirming a trip.
“Believe me, I said Obama will become the US president and it came to pass. Now, I can see he has planned to visit the village. He will come,” Dimo predicted.
Dimo previously predicted in 2006 that Obama would become President of the US, reports USA Today.

Dimo told an excited crowd, “the results indicate that Obama will come to Kogelo. It’s a big secret, and he need not tell anybody that he will be visiting his ancestral home.”
There has been extensive speculation as to whether Obama will visit Kogelo. The village in Western Kenya is home to his grandmother, Sara Obama and the burial site of his father Barack Obama Sr.
Obama is expected to visit Kenya to attend the 2015 Global Entrepreneurship Summit. He will be in Nairobi from Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26, 2015. The visit is Obama’s first since taking the office of President of the United States. (Tuko.co.ke)
