Kambua Mourns the Death of Her Second Child

Citizen TV presenter cum Gospel artist Kambua is mourning the death of her second child days after his delivery. The heartbreaking news was shared by Kambua in an emotional message on her Instagram page.

Kambua was grateful to have carried yet another life and said that her son, Malachi, made a grand entrance into the world. She said he was everything they hoped for and much more perfect in every way.

“Malachi knew how much he was loved, and so he did all he could to stay with us. with the help of a most dedicated team of doctors and nurses, our little baby fought, until Jesus healed him by taking him to Himself” she said as she announced his death.

Fellow artists and celebrities together with her fans came out to console and sympathize with Kambua, sending her messages of condolences. Mercy Masika said: “We are without words. May God comfort and strengthen you and your family. Praying for you.”

“What do I even say to you hun, my heart sank, this is painful, I am praying for you mami, you are not alone, may God comfort you and your family,” wrote Kate actress.

Kambua announced her pregnancy in October of 2020 one year after the birth of her firstborn.

“God of Sarah, God of Hannah, God of Kambua! just when I thought you had done too much you did it again!” she announced

Kambua has been married to Pastor Mathu for nine years. She struggled for seven years before getting a child and this led to her being bullied both online and in real life.

Kambua has previously opened up on the heartbreaking difficulties she faced before giving birth to her first child.

Some people called her barren, and her getting pregnant with her first child was a shock to many who assumed she would never be a mother.
