[dropcap]P[/dropcap]roperty Reality Company (PRC) has organised an open day for its up and coming housing project in Nakuru on Saturday 21st April 2018. The housing project, Lakeview Heights, is located in Naka area of Nakuru County. The open day will start from from 10am to 4pm at the development site.
Construction of the property kicked off in March this year and completion is set for January 2019. Hundreds of customers from across the country and representatives of Nakuru County are expected to attend the open day, which will double as the official launch of the Lakeview Heights housing project.
Nairobi residents interested in attending the event and having a chance to view the project: there will be transport to Nakuru from Memorial Park at 8am on Saturday. Lakeview Heights comprises two and three-bedroom apartments overlooking Lake Nakuru National Park. The development is planned on a quarter acre of land within Naka Estate located four kilometres from Nakuru town and 600 metres off Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
Nakuru is Kenya’s fastest growing town and is poised to become the fourth city, boosting its status. The government has major infrastructure development plans around Nakuru: a 12-lane Nairobi –Nakuru expressway and the extension of Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) line. This is expected to attract more investments in the region.

According to PRC, the development is 30% sold. Lakeview Heights offers modern accommodation with adequate parking and amenities, it says. The two-bed unit measuring 64 square metres is designed for individuals and young families, while the three-bed unit measuring 75 square metres is best suited for settling families.

The two bed-room apartment is going for Ksh4.5 million and Ksh6 million for the three-bed apartments. Booking fee has been set at Ksh100, 000, and the rest paid in monthly installments. “Lakeview Heights is more than just about the house,” says PRC CEO Brian Gachari. “It offers the thrill of a modern lifestyle- with the serenity of nature, and at an affordable price; making it the ultimate investment for the discerning investor, and a reality for home ownership.”

Buyers can acquires the houses for accommodation or as investments for rental income. With a population of about two million, Nakuru offers ready demand for rental houses. The town has grown into an administrative, economic investment, education, social and hospitality hub in the Rift Valley region.
