The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has announced that all party members seeking to contest in the 2027 General Election must register for the UDA Aspirants’ Forum by Monday, February 2, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

In a notice issued by the party’s National Elections Board (NEB) on Thursday, UDA said the registration window follows an earlier directive released on January 21 and is intended to prepare the party for a structured and transparent nomination process ahead of the 2027 polls.

According to the statement, all qualified and interested party members eyeing elective positions are required to complete their registration through the official UDA portal at https://aspirants-forum.uda.ke/ and verify their details via https://aspirants-forum.uda.ke/verify-registration within the stipulated period.

The party also confirmed that all duly registered aspirants will be invited to attend the UDA Aspirants’ Forum meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at State House, Nairobi, and participants will be required to present their National Identity Cards for verification.

UDA NEB Chairperson Anthony Mwaura said the forum will bring together all registered aspirants as part of the party’s preparations for the upcoming elections, signaling the formal start of internal engagement with candidates.

The announcement comes as political parties across the country begin early groundwork ahead of the 2027 General Election, with UDA moving to streamline its internal processes and candidate management.
