Jumia to sell 2kg sugar at just Sh20 during anniversary sale

Online shoppers are set to enjoy highly reduced prices on products during the launch of Jumia Anniversary Sales. Offers will include a 2kg pack of sugar for Ksh20 available only through the Jumia App, on 23rd June at 11:59PM. Millions of additional products will also be available, as the company celebrates seven years since its launch in 2012.

“We will continue to bring down commodity prices even as we fast approach Jumia Anniversary this Sunday 23rd. There will be millions of deals on Jumia – in addition to our biggest ever Flash Sale. As part of this, customers will find thousands of units of Kabras 2KG sugar at Ksh20 on 23rd June midnight,“ said Jumia Managing Director Sam Chappatte.

Other grocery deals will include Unga 2kg at Ksh69 down from Ksh120 shelf price and jumbo pack diapers for Ksh999 down from Ksh1,750. This places Jumia at the forefront of bringing down the prices of commodities online.

A 24 pack of Heineken 500 ml will sell for Ksh999 down from Ksh2,500, while a Mooka 32” Digital TV will sell for Ksh10,999 down from Ksh13,499 at 19% off. Phones and other electronics like cookers will also have more discounts Here.

To take advantage of the deals, customers are required to download the Jumia App and get set at 11:59pm from 23rd June. As with all flash sales, stocks are limited, and customers will have to place their orders fast enough in order to access them in good time.

Jumia Anniversary sales will run from the 24th of June to 14th July giving customers three weeks of discounted shopping experience.
