Fanaka Real Estate was among the winners at the Third Digital Tech Excellence Awards held on 6th December 2019.

The leading real estate company offering affordable land in Nairobi and other towns was ranked Best Mid Tier Land Company in the Use of Tech Solutions. Last year Fanaka Real Estate emerged runners up.

The event, organized by Digital Events, recognizes SMEs and corporates making use of digital solutions to offer services in an efficient and convenient manner and to transform the lives of their clients.

Fanaka Real Estate has incorporated various tech solutions in its daily operations to enhance efficiency, including the use of a system and an application to help clients know and track the progress of their installments and documentation.

The company has also developed its website and social media platforms into shops of their own. “It is a great improvement on our side since last year we were first runners up but this year we were able to emerge as winners,” says Fanaka Real Estate CEO, Mr Moses Muriithi.

He said being listed in the same category with other bigger firms showed the real estate company, based in Ruai town, had graduated into the big league of the country’s real estate industry.

Since 2016, Fanaka Real Estate has established itself as a leading provider of affordable plots, especially along Kangundo Road, where it has projects in Ruai, Kamulu Joska and Malaa.

The sources land near up and coming government and private sector projects to ensure the value appreciates within a short time. The company offers flexible payment plans, allowing a down payment and monthly installments.

“We shall continue with the progress to ensure we are the leading real estate providers in the country. The award has really motivated us to work even hard in ensuring our clients get the best services,” he said.

Fanaka Real Estate attracts low-income earners because of the affordability of its plots. An eighth (1/8) of an acre in satellite towns such as Kamulu, Joska and Malaa goes for as low as Ksh399,000. These plots are ready for immediate development with amenities such as water, electricity, all-weather roads already in place.

The company is very active on social media, especially o its Facebook page, with a vibrant interactive website where potential buyers sample and book plots or site tours.

“We are at the forefront in employing technology in our operations and still have bigger plans to ensure our technology continues aiding us in efficiency, speed and reliability,” Mr Muriithi said.
