Kenyan fashion design house, Naneuleshan Apparel, is set to dress business lady Zari Hassan and international gospel singer Don Moen among other celebrities in the African Champion Celebrity Campaign on African Sports Stars to enhance the African Wear Brand recognition.
The campaign will be majorly centred on African stars and sportsmen/women shining in the global arena. Through the campaign, African sports celebrities will be dressed up with the Royal African fabric that is ‘Presidential and Royal’ during their visit into the continent, in partnerships with Kenyan brands that support and promote Buy Kenya promote Kenya.
Speaking about the event, the founding director Carol Pulei noted that the African-wear is receiving recognition globally, urging Africans to be proud of Kenyan products and embrace them. “We have seen global celebrities like Beyonce have African themed baby showers courtesy of African styles by Burkinabae Accessories and Demestik by Reuben Reuel, that clearly defines the need of the African design work into the larger global market,” she says.

Pulei recognises that the African Sports stars are often in the forefront of representing the country and continent in global stages, promising to recognize their good work. “We are looking at celebrating them through some of our brand products that are royal, elite, and exclusive,” she adds.
The campaign is set to kick off two months after the African fashion and design week is set up in Hollywood, where the top African Fashion and designers’ Week will be happening.
Naneuleshan apparel has been on the forefront of styling African political and business leaders and its take in the African fashion is hitting the market.
