Slimmer and lighter, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is being branded as a ‘thoughtfully designed’ device.

Announced by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd on February 15, the Galaxy Tab is also being fronted for its 10.5-inch large screen and its battery capacity.

The device will be available as from Q2 of 2019, the electronics company said.

Samsung Electronic President of IT and Mobile Communications DJ Koh said the Tab S5e is “for users who want intelligence.”

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is also being targetted for users seeking entertainment.

Its slim design posts a 5.5mm metal body, while the device weighs 400g.

Silver, black and gold are the colours available for the Tab S5e.

Samsung also said that the device features a battery life lasting 14.5 hours, depending on usage of the Tab and the settings of the user.
