Prudential Life Assurance Hosts 2nd AFCON Watch Party

Africa Cup of Nation’s official Insurance Sponsors, Prudential Life Assurance, on Saturday evening treated Sports personalities, media, prudential staff and football fans to a night of dance, food and great football.

The watch party, which took place at the Bar Next Door on 29th of January, saw Cameroon oust tournament debutants Gambia 2-0 to book a place in the AFCON Semi-finals.

Cameroon football star Toko Ekambi scored two second half goals on the 50th and 57th minute to silence Gambia and send them packing.

Apart from football, the watch party was also an opportunity for different stakeholders across media and other sectors to meet and mingle with the Prudential Life assurance marketing and PR Teams.

The watch party, which is the second to be held thus far was part of Prudential’s commitment towards supporting talent across Africa.

As the CEO, Gwen Kinisu, highlighted at the first watch party, Prudential Life Assurance has a deep desire to unite the content and showcase great talent.
