MultiChoice Kenya has launched its new customer service centre that it is dedicated to serve both DStv and GOtv subscribers in Nyeri town and its environs.  The centre is intended to give subscribers a one-stop service point with comprehensive service.

It brings to 12 the total number of MultiChoice Service Centres in the country and will be equipped with modern facilities to expedite the service process. Customers will be able to get services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others.

Speaking during the opening of the new service centre, GOtv Kenya General Manager Simon Kariithi said: “Opening the service Centre in Nyeri will offer more convenience to our customers in this county. At MultiChoice, we value the feedback that we receive from our customers and we constantly strive to shape our business to respond to these customer demands. Customers are at the heart of our business and we want to improve their experience whenever and wherever they engage with us.”

Currently, GOtv is running a festive offer where new customers get one month GOtv Max subscription with every purchase of a GOtv decoder worth Ksh 1,999.

Meanwhile, DStv is also running a festive promo for DStv Na Internet. Each purchase of DStv HD decoder qualifies a customer for DStv Compact bouquet, Telkom MiFi and 30 GB (redeemable for three months with every subscription renewal).

The customer service centre was necessitated by the need to enhance service delivery to all DStv and GOtv subscribers across the country.

MultiChoice has also partnered with Denfam Enterprises in Embu and Sparkles Mobile Centre in Meru where both new and existing subscribers can also get sales and after sales support around this region.

The Nyeri Service Centre located at Trade Centre 1st Floor along Gakere Rd will open daily from 8am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 6pm on weekends and 9am to 5pm on public holidays.
