Knight Frank Kenya To Lease Office Space at GTC Tower

Real Estate Consultancy Knight Frank Kenya has been appointed as leasing agent for the Global Trade Centre (GTC) Office Tower, following the signing of an agreement with the developer, AVIC International Real Estate (Kenya) Ltd.

Knight Frank will be responsible for leasing out prime office space in the 42 – floor -184-metre skyscraper which is situated along Waiyaki Way, Westlands.

Since the groundbreaking of the construction of the Global Trade Centre (GTC) project, the investor AVIC International Real Estate (Kenya) Ltd has made direct investment valued at over Ksh40 billion.
