The Jubilee Party Election Board, together with the County Election Board, has advertised a massive recruitment for the upcoming party nominations to be held on the 21st of April 2017.
The posts reflect a skeleton of the structure used by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). The positions include:
County Returning Officers will be in-charge of nominations at the county level, and will tally results of governor, Senator and Women representatives, announce the results and declare winners and issue an interim certification. The candidates are required to be graduates with at least 10 years’ experience in the public or private sector.

Constituency Returning officers will be the overall heads of the Party Primaries in their respective Constituency and will tally results of governor, Senator, Women Representative, Member of National Assembly and Member of the County Assembly at the constituency level, announce the results and declare the winners of the same posts and issue interim certification. He/she shall then transmit the tallied results for the governor, senate and women representative to the County Returning Officer.
For one to qualify, he/she should be a graduate with at least 10 years of work experience in the private or public sector.
Presiding officers
He/She will be in-charge of the polling station and will report to the Constituency Returning Officer. He will supervise electoral officials at the polling station and transmit results to the returning officer at the constituency level.
The candidates should be holders of Degree/diploma certificates from recognized institutions
Polling/counting clerks will work in the polling stations under the supervision of the Presiding officers. Should be between 21 to 35 years and holders of KCSE certificate, aggregate C- 0r Division III and above.
