APA Insurance system upgrades to enhance efficiency

APA Insurance, a subsidiary of Apollo Investments, is upgrading its system to improve service delivery.

The system upgrade will enhance the firm’s efficiency and competitiveness by using modern and innovative technology solution.   The upgrade was done yesterday 1st May 2017.

 “This new innovative system will open a new exciting chapter for our General Insurance Business,” said Ashok Shah, Apollo Group CEO.  “In addition to being flexible and user friendly, it is also a fully integrated end-to-end system. ”

Besides the usual modules for an insurance system it will include portals for clients, intermediaries, claims intimidation, and an upgraded Customer Relationship Management.  “Technology bears huge opportunity to enable us to improve effectiveness and efficiency, hence productivity as we seek to meet all our Customer needs in a timely manner,” he said.

APA Insurance underwrites General Insurance risks such as Fire, Marine, Aviation, Personal Accident, Motor, Liability, Agriculture, Property, and Micro Insurance.
