Africa Mega Agricorp Plc, listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange(NSE) has announced significant board and management changes effective 3 June 2026.

Among this c-Suite and changes include Phillip Ndabari Muriuki as Board Chairman, Abraham Ng’etich-Acting Chief Executive Officer, James Watenga Kamau-Executive Director and Joshua Gakinya as Independent Non-Executive Director.

Africa Mega Agricorp also confirmed resignations of Yebeltal Getachew and Michael Foley under Capital Markets Authority disclosure rules.
