Who are Kenya’s best employers, or rather, which are the best companies to work for in Kenya?
The Federation of Kenyan Employers (FKE) has the answers after conducting a study that puts Safaricom, East African Breweries Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank among the best companies to work for in 2019.
The survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for around four months was aimed at ranking top employers who were awarded in the FKE Employer of the Year Awards 2019.
At the gala which saw mobile phone operator Safaricom take top position, other firms recognised include East African Breweries Limited (EABL), Standard Chartered Bank and Centum Investment Company Limited, among others.
The list of Kenya’s top performers was arrived at following a four stage process that included an online survey and collection of data.
