Emmanuel Juma is one of the prominent journalists in Kenya with over 20 years’ of experience in the media industry.
Just like any many broadcast journalists in Kenya Juma, a vibrant and down to earth guy, made his debut at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation [KBC] where he quickly announced his arrival and a warning call to his competitors that he was out to give them a run for their money.
At KBC TV, he reported the Bundang’i floods of the later 1990’s, which pushed him into the limelight.
It did not take long before Juma would gain fame and grow a strong fan base courtesy of his signature tone and mastery of the English language.
KTN, Kenya’s first independent TV station, did not hesitate to offer Juma a job. After a stint at the Standard Group-owned television station, Juma just crossed to Nation Centre where he became a reporter with NTV.
Juma, the man behind NTV’s Bull’s Eye show – has today become one of the most celebrated journalists with vast following in the country. He leads a private career life and very little is known about him.
