Just how dark can this Black Friday get? Well, at Jumia it is only gets bigger and crazier. The Ultimate Battle for value – which will perhaps the craziest highlight of this season’s shopping bonanza – will involve two teams battling for the ultimate treasure hunt for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or iPhoneX for just five Kenya shillings.

Starting Thursday 22nd at 11:00 PM, the two teams battle it out live on JumiaKenya’s social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Youtube. Participants will need to stay stay tuned with their team on Whatsapp and get exclusive clues on where to find the phones through the links: Team Samsung and Team iPhone X.

Fans will win amazing goodies live as they await for the JUMIA ULTIMATE BLACK FRIDAY launch at 11:59PM tonight.

Meanwhile, Jumia customers will buy a 2kg packet of Unga and have it delivered for free within Nairobi during the Ultimate Black Friday on 23rd November 2018. The deal, though, is only available through the Jumia App and has been put together for Jogoo Unga brand. So you better get that app installed on your phone or computer.

Other grocery deals will include Sun Rice 2kg Basmati Rice a Ksh99 down from Ksh500 shelf price and sugar for Ksh50 down from Ksh215.

“The Black Friday climax is almost here with us. On Friday 23rd, there will be thousands of new deals on Jumia – in addition to our biggest ever Flash Sale. As part of this, customers will find 1000’s of units of Jogoo Unga at Ksh20 at 9AM,” says Jumia Managing Director Sam Chappatte.

Other items during the Ultimate Flash sales will include: 55″ Mooka Smart TV at Ksh19,999 down from 44,100, Oppo F9 64GB 4G phone at Ksh9,999 down from Ksh35,000.

As with all flash sales, stocks are limited, and customers will have to place their orders fast enough in order to access them in good time.
