While receiving the award Mr Chetan Shah, Marketing Director Capwell Industries Limited, said Pearl & Soko, the company’s flagship brands, had gained popularity among consumers due to the brand promise of consistently offering high quality to the consumers.

“Consumers have come to appreciate and identify with our quality products and competitive pricing and this new status for the two brands only enhances our competitiveness in the market as we strive to meet consumers’ dynamic needs,” Shah added.

Superbrands East Africa project Director Jawad Jaffer said the award is offered to the most outstanding brands in their field, adding that attaining the status strengthens the brand’s position, enhances prestige and reassures consumers and suppliers that indeed they are buying the best brand in the market.
