No crossroads as Multichoice Kenya opens branch at Junction Mall

MultiChoice Kenya has opened a seventh branch in Kenya that will be located at the Junction Mall in Nairobi.

The broadcasting company said this is a a move to bring convenience to DStv and GOtv customers living in the west of Nairobi county.

The Junction Mall branch is located on the 1st floor of the Mall and MultiChoice Kenya says it will open daily from 9am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm over the weekends and public holidays.

Speaking during the opening of the new center, Northern Regional Director, Maharage Chande reiterated MultiChoice’s commitment in investing in local communities as well as playing a major role in furthering the growth of the Kenyan economy

“This branch will create job opportunities for more Kenyans, and we are happy about that because it is our testament to our continued commitment in supporting the country’s development agenda in Nairobi and that of Kenya,” said Maharage.

The new branch aims to give subscribers a one-stop service point with comprehensive service delivery, the firm said.

At the Junction Mall branch, services on offer include customer service and after sales support such as decoder diagnoses and sales, software upgrades, repair or replacement faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services, subscription payment, purchase accessories among others.

The Junction Mall branch brings to four the number of MultiChoice Kenya branches in Nairobi and 7 across the country.

Other MultiChoice Kenya branches are located at Sarit Centre, T-Mall, Greenspan Mall, Nyeri town along Gakere Road, Al-Imran Plaza Kisumu and Nyali Centre in Mombasa.

MultiChoice Kenya also said that its customers can also be assisted at service centres located at Railways, Koinange Street and Rongai in Nairobi as well as at Nakuru and Eldoret.
