Banijay Rights has expanded its Mr. Bean: The Animated Series FAST (Free Ad-Supported Television) channel to North America, launching it on Samsung TV Plus in the U.S. and Canada.
Shaun Keeble, VP Digital at Banijay Rights, called the brand “a phenomenon in the FAST space,” citing its “enduring all-ages appeal.” This sentiment is backed by the character’s massive social media presence, which includes over 148 million followers on Facebook, 75 million subscribers on YouTube, 10 million followers on Instagram, and 11.5 million on TikTok.
The series, produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family, follows the adventures of Mr. Bean and his teddy bear. Rowan Atkinson, who co-created the character with Richard Curtis, provides the voice for the animated version and serves as an executive producer alongside Tom Beattie.

The fourth season of the show recently debuted on platforms like Boomerang and ITVX in the UK.
According to Beattie, the expansion “is testament to Bean’s universal appeal” and will allow his antics to be enjoyed by a “whole new viewership on Samsung TV Plus.”
