Mohan Jha has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kenindia Insurance Ltd.
In his new role, he will lead financial and operational functions of the company, helping to drive Kenindia’s growth strategy and support all strategic and operational initiatives across the regional business.
A qualified chartered accountant, Jha brings 26 years of experience leading the financial, commercial and business operations of growth-oriented businesses, the firm said in a statement.
Prior to joining Kenindia Assurance, Jha worked 26 years at Life Insurance Corporation of India, the state owned life insurance behemoth of India, with a market share of nearly 70% in India.
Kenindia’s Managing Director Inderjeet Singh said: “Mr. Jha brings to the company years of life insurance, finance and investment experience that is critical to our strategic business direction in the years to come. He is a tremendous addition to the Kenindia family and his transformational vision will be an asset to the Company as we chart a new path forward.”
