KCB Bank Kenya has been crowned the Best Bank in Auto Finance 2023 at this year’s Automotive Industry 100 Awards held at the Sarova Panafric Hotel, Nairobi. The Automotive Industry Awards (AIA) celebrates the best in the automotive industry.

Speaking at the award ceremony Robert Mburu, Head of Asset Finance & Insurance Premium at KCB Bank Kenya, expressed his gratitude for the recognition and shared the vision of the bank’s auto finance services.

“We believe that we create value for people, for better, and by people we mean the whole ecosystem where we operate. These include our customers, our stakeholders, and our staff members. For us, it’s customer first, and that’s why we offer competitive and innovative products in a challenging environment,” he said.

He added that KCB has a comprehensive asset finance portfolio that covers loans for motor vehicles, trucks, buses, and equipment. He highlighted the bank’s leadership in promoting e-mobility solutions that align with the government’s agenda of environmental conservation.

“With such innovative products, we aim to achieve sustainability because we want to leave this planet better than we found it. For us, customer experience is always key. We listen to our customers and offer products that resonate with them,” he said.

He added: “We also believe in sustainability and that’s why we are always at the forefront in the region where we operate, not just from a financial perspective, but also from a social and environmental one.”
