Jubilee Health Insurance has launched “Always With You” program, a new value proposition that aims to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for its customers.

The “Always With You” program, available to all Jubilee Health customers, will cover a wide range of services including scheduled doctor consultations, pharmacy teleconsultations, drug delivery as well as ambulance and evacuation services.

This initiative will allow customers to visit their local pharmacy branch for a teleconsultation with a doctor, ensuring they receive the medical attention they need without added hassle.

Additionally, this program offers added convenience for in-person doctor consultations. “Always With You” will connect individuals with family physicians who can attend to their medical issues directly. The initiative will also provide home-based care coordination for families that require continuous care from dedicated healthcare professionals.

Furthermore, the program will offer scheduling services, including lab test appointments, to enhance the overall customer experience and minimize waiting times spent in hospital. Customers will also receive drug delivery services and expedited access to ambulance and evacuation services.

Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Njeri Jomo noted that the company is a dedicated health partner that is passionate about addressing barriers that often hinder access to healthcare services.

“There are many touchpoints when it comes to accessing care, from consulting with a doctor to managing aftercare services. This process can sometimes be daunting for many individuals. This is why Jubilee Health Insurance continues to innovate around how customers access care. The “Always With You” program is designed to bring healthcare services closer to the people, ensuring they never have to face any health challenge alone,” said Njeri.

Through “Always With You” program, customers will have access to a Care Navigation Program to assist them as they navigate healthcare access. This will ensure that a team of specialists is at hand to guide them in locating nearby healthcare facilities or respond to any other service concern.

Our goal is to provide world-class care, here and now. Our partnership with Jubilee Health Insurance will enable us offer enhanced home-based care services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible medical attention in the comfort of their homes,” said Pauline Ngatia, Director – Marketing and Business Development at Aga Khan University Hospital.
