PR Firm Headed By Kenyan Journalist Manages AmCham Summit Communication

The theme of this year’s summit was 'Catalysing the future of US-East Africa Trade and Investment'

Hudson Sandler, a leading independent strategic communications agency with a presence across Africa, is providing strategic communications support to the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Kenya as it hosts the fourth edition of the regional AmCham Business Summit.

The two-day summit, which kicked off on 24th April at the Windsor Golf Hotel in Nairobi, is the flagship forum for engagement by American and East African businesses on trade and investments.

This is the second consecutive year that Hudson Sandler is providing public relations and media engagement support for the AmCham Business Summit. The agency supported the 2023 summit, in which more than $700 million in investments were announced.

Kenya’s President, Dr William Ruto, was the chief guest at the summit, with other speakers including the US Secretary of Commerce, Gina M. Raimondo; Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry, Rebecca Miano; Director of the US Trade and Development Agency, Enoh T. Ebong; Coordinator of Prosper Africa, British Robinson; the President of Coca-Cola Africa, Luisa Ortega among other high level government and private sector leaders from across East Africa and the US.

The theme of this year’s summit was “Catalysing the future of US-East Africa Trade and Investment”. Key areas for discussion at this year’s conference include trade and investment, climate action, digital transformation, health and life sciences, sustainable finance, and opportunity and inclusion.
