HF Group has unveiled a property sales campaign that will see home buyers enjoy up to 30% discount on the value of properties available from HF. The company is also availing financing options for those seeking to acquire such properties on mortgage terms.
Commenting during the launch of the property sales promotion dubbed Shika Nyumba na HF, the Group Chief Executive Officer Robert Kibaara said that HF is committed to making home ownership possible for Kenyans and this promotion is one of the steps towards this.
“The Shika Nyumba promotion is an opportunity to make our existing properties even more affordable to potential buyers locally and in the diaspora. We have reduced prices up to 30% on 700 maisonettes and apartments in various prime locations in Nairobi and its environs. These include properties owned by HF and those belonging to developers whom we have financed,” said Kibaara.
The promotion will run for three months, from 4th March to 31st May 2019 in partnership with over 20 accredited selling agents to accelerate the property sales.
Some of the projects with ready houses for sales include Komarock Heights Apartments located in Komarock Estate off Kangundo road, Kahawa Downs Apartments in Kahawa Sukari, Evergreen Valley maisonettes and apartments in Utawala, Koibatek Apartments located along Oloitokitok Road, Sigona Heights Maisonettes located along Waiyaki Way, Woodley Springs Apartments located off Ngong Road and Warira Court off Kamiti Road.
Projects nearing completion include 248 apartments in Richland Pointe scheduled for completion by March 2019, 152 apartments in Precious Gardens Phase 2 expected to be complete by September 2019, and 80 units in Clay City phase 1A expected to be ready by January 2020.
