Liberty Kenya Holdings has appointed Ms Rosalyn Mugoh as the Managing Director of Heritage Insurance Company Kenya Limited. Ms Rosalyn Mugoh assumes her role with immediate effect, following the completion of all requisite regulatory approvals. She steps into the position with a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership expertise that is expected to position Heritage Insurance for continued growth and innovation.
Ms Mugoh joins Heritage Insurance with over 14 years of executive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, with a specialisation in commercial management, strategic business development, and client relations. Her leadership is marked by a proven ability to drive organisational growth, establish impactful partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Heritage, Ms Mugoh served as the Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Executive Committee at Zamara Kenya. She previously held the role of Divisional Head of Employee Benefits at Zamara and has also held leadership positions at AON Kenya and Trustmark Insurance Brokers, where she successfully led market expansion and revenue growth strategies.

Ms Rosalyn Mugoh holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Africa Nazarene University. She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and a graduate of the Global CEO Africa Program, completed at the Strathmore Business School, Yale School of Management, and Lagos Business School.
