Fanaka Real Estate Marks Five Years Selling Land

Company gives Ksh5,000 worth of shopping vouchers to clients to mark the occasion

On 29th October 2021 marked the 5th anniversary for Fanaka Real Estate Ltd, a leading provider of real estate and property management solutions in Nairobi Metropolis and satellite towns of Ruiru, Juja, Kamulu, Joska and Malaa.

The company was founded in 2016 by Moses Muriithi Kihunii. Its first business model revolved around selling land along Kangundo Road and Ruiru East, but with the vision to provide a one-stop shop real estate solutions provider, the company has quickly forged its own brand.

Fanaka Real Estate Ltd has now grown from a small, self-funded start-up to a nationally recognized real estate solutions partner. “Over the years, the company’s portfolio has evolved with many more creative, solutions-based products to meet the needs of the ever-changing real estate landscape and client needs,” says Moses Muriithi, the founder and CEO of Fanaka Real Estate.

“These include more affordable products, and versatile property management solutions to both the landlord and tenants. Not only has the company realized better products, but also better ways to deliver products.”

As is the case with its land products, Fanaka has devised an affordable way for clients to buy land and gained credibility in the industry by providing title deeds for all its plots within a particular project before put it up for sale.

“We have done this by improving our internal structures and systems which have enhanced our efficiency and improved our corporate governance. This has helped us serve our clients better,” he said, speaking during the anniversary celebrations.

Mr Muriithi said by focusing on being a leading real estate company provider, the company pioneered launching a project every month on different locations within Nairobi Metropolitan in early 2019. This was enhanced by the establishment of the property management department later that year.

Mr Dennis Walubengo, the Business Development Manager at Fanaka Real Estate, said the vision has grown and the company is now focused on new frontiers along Thika Road.

The new branch in Ruiru will now serve clients interested in land along Thika Road within Ruiru, Juja Farm, Kenyatta Road, Ruiru East, Kamakis and Githunguri. The company has been issuing Ksh5,000 worth of shopping vouchers to clients to celebrate five years in business.
