Chebukati’s memo to Chiloba that has shaken Kenya

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati has written a memo to CEO Ezra Chiloba flagging off a raft of issues regarding the management of the August 8 presidential election, which has since been nullified by the Supreme Court.
