Cytonn Ventures Into Hotel Business

CySuites Apartment Hotel is located in Westlands, Nairobi and targets both business and leisure travellers.

Cytonn Investments Ltd on Monday, March 7 unveiled its newest venture, jumping into the hospitality sector.

CySuites Hospitality is a serviced apartment hotel management company aimed at optimizing the operational and managerial efficiency of serviced apartments on behalf of owners as well as investors.

It will provide guidance for investors at every stage of the hotel development and management process – from site identification to construction and the running of day-to-day operations.

With CySuites Hospitality, Cytonn hopes to bring on board hotel owners and investors in the sector to grow collective market share in serviced apartment hotels. It promises to streamline operational and financial reporting in the sector.

The firm launched its CySuites apartment hotel in Westlands, Nairobi. Targeting both business and leisure travelers, the serviced apartment hotel includes facilities such as meeting rooms, gym, swimming pool and a bar and restaurant.

It incoroporates spacious, furnished apartments ideal for short and extended stays.

They are counting on demand for modern furnished spaces by travellers particulary in Nairobi’s upmarket areas, with one eye on multi-national firms and other international organizations.

Aside from garnering collective market share, other goals of CySuites Hospitality are to enhance brand visibility and to improve industry standards in the serviced hotel apartments space.
