Covid-19 took a toll on major events last year, causing cancellation of shows and other planned activities across the country. In 2021, your favourite Kenyan Celebrities want to slip in some relaxation and fun this special Valentines weekend. Here are some of their plans:
Otile Brown
The popular singer has a love-packed valentines weekend ahead of him, starting with a performance at the Sarova Mara on 13th February for the lovebirds and single ladies.
Thereafter, Otile will be enjoying his special valentine day in the company of Maina Kingangi, Tanzanian RnB artiste Juma Jux, Samidoh and Nikita Kering at the Royal Gardenia gardens event dubbed ‘The Finest.’
Nadia Mukami
Nadia’s valentine day is a special one complemented by comedian and radio show host, Jalang’o. It is set to be enjoyed in Kisumu City where she will be performing her recent hit song Kolo that features Otile Brown
In a recent Instagram post promoting her event, Nadia disclosed that Kisumu was where she began her career, noting that she would spare no effort to give her all in her performance as a thank you.
Nadia honed her talent during her days as a student at Maseno University in the lakeside city.
“I will be dancing KOLO with my people in Kisumu this Valentine Day! I started my career in Kisumu. I am giving my all this Sunday. See you then!” the self-proclaimed African popstar expressed.

Churchill
This Valentines weekend, Daniel ‘Churchill’ Ndambuki and his troupe of comedians will be loving, laughing and dining at the Lake Naivasha Resort.
The Love, Laugh and Dine show is intended to be a comeback for The Churchill Show after the government banned all events and gatherings in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Ndambuki has been hosting ‘The Journey Series’ on NTV since 2020 in place of the popular stand-up show.
Featured in the event will be MC Jessy, MCA Tricky, Mammito, Captain Otoyo, Jemutai and Terrence Creative.
Churchill assured attendees that they would be back refreshed, prepared, and re-inspired to bring their fans laughter like never seen before.
MC Jessy
From a humorous 13th at the Love, Laugh and Dine show to an all-white 14th; Mc Jessy will not spare us this Valentine Weekend. The comedian and host of the Jessy Junction show will be gracing the All white Valentine show at the Safari Park Hotel pegging it ‘A night of ultimate Kenyan love”.
His comical counterpart and mentor, Churchill, commented on Jessy’s recent post referring to the event stating “Lazma tuingie hapa by force-It is a must we enter by force.”
Femi One
The Utawezana singer called to her fans on her socials to join her on the special day over barbecue at the Sagret Gardens, Kiambu. Alongside the animated Citizen TV Host Willis Raburu, their Valentine weekend is expected to be a tasty and fiery one with the acclaimed Chef Moses’ delicacies.
