Digital advertising services company MediaPal has signed up as one of the sponsors of this year’s BAKE Awards, which will be held on May 12th. BAKE Awards are an annual celebration the works of Kenyan bloggers.

Since its inception in 2012, BAKE Awards has attracted participants in more than 23 categories, which include business, food, tech, agriculture, health, fashion, and travel among others.

In this year’s awards, these categories have attracted sponsorship from various companies and organisations. One of the new faces among this year’s sponsors is MediaPal, a strategic advertisement network that marries “best publishers with the best advertisers”.

Media Pal’s model paves way for online advertising with innovative new ad formats that are both engaging and effectual, culminating in “excellent return on investment for advertisers and user-friendly ads for publishers,” says Maurice Juma, a director with the company.

He says MediaPal provides a deeper understanding of audiences, their mindset and interests, with their unified platform enabling  marketers to better plan their media campaigns.

“We are proud to be one of the sponsors at this year’s BAKE Awards and with our involvement help empower and work closely with publishers and build products together that are attractive and useful to advertisers,” said Mr Juma.

BAKE Awards organisers said they have recognized the value MediaPal is adding to Kenyan publishers. The BAKE competition is now in the public voting phase, which will close on May 7th, 2018.
