Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i has effected a major reshuffle affecting all regional and country commissioners.
Bernard Leparmarai has been moved from Nairobi to Coast region to take over from Nelson Marwa, who was recently nominated as Devolution Principal Secretary. He will be replaced by William Thuku.
