This is part of KQ’s ongoing fleet expansion strategy, as it seeks to increase capacity, enhance operational efficiency, and meet the growing demand for air travel across its network.

Mr Kilavuka said the plane will increase KQ’s seat capacity and demonstrates its ability to adapt and grow in a challenging operating environment where the global aviation industry is facing challenges in aircraft availability. “These efforts are part of Kenya Airways’ broader strategy to enhance its network, improve connectivity, and deliver exceptional service to its guests,” he noted.
