Vehicle distributor, Caetano Kenya, has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting businesses and communities in Kenya’s Coast region. The company hosted a customer appreciation dinner bringing together financial institutions, transport and logistics companies, fleet operators and other strategic business partners.
The event provided an opportunity for Caetano to recognise the partners whose collaboration has supported the company’s growth in Kenya, while highlighting the critical role of partnerships in making reliable mobility solutions more accessible to Kenyan businesses. In Kenya, Caetano has a portfolio that includes Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Ford, JMC and Chery.
Caetano Kenya’s partnerships with financial institutions have helped reduce barriers to vehicle acquisition through flexible financing solutions, including financing of up to 100%, with repayment periods of up to 96 months, grace periods of up to 60 days and up to Ksh 500,000 working capital. These arrangements have enabled businesses and fleet operators to acquire vehicles and expand their operations while creating new opportunities for financial institutions to grow their asset-financing portfolios.
“Our success is built on strong, long-term partnerships,” said Aurélien Glay, Managing Director of Caetano Kenya. “Together, we are making it easier for businesses to access dependable mobility solutions while ensuring that customers receive the support they need throughout the ownership journey.”

Customers in Mombasa have access to a comprehensive after-sales support offering, including a mobile service van, factory-trained and certified technicians, preventive maintenance and repairs services, genuine spare parts, warranty support, technical diagnostics and dedicated customer care.
The mobile service van capability is particularly important for commercial and fleet customers, enabling Caetano Kenya to provide on-site assistance and reduce interruptions to business operations.
Caetano Kenya has expanded its product offering to meet the diverse and evolving needs of commercial customers. The Renault Trucks come with 3 Free Years of Optifleet and during that period you will get real time fleet monitoring as well as route and fuel optimisation. In the light duty trucks category, Caetano Kenya has the JMC Carrying Plus which is a 5 Tonne GVW truck, and has recently introduced the JMC Conquer, which is a 6 -tonne GVW truck, giving businesses greater choice when selecting vehicles suited to their specific transport and operational requirements.
The JMC conqueror is retailing at Ksh3.3M for the cab and chassis and Ksh3.8M with a fully enclosed body. With the help of financiers, a businessman can pay as little as Ksh 2,192 per day for the trucks over the loan tenure.
“The company is also preparing to introduce light duty JMC electric trucks to the Kenyan market as part of its commitment to supporting customers who are seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. The move will give businesses exploring more sustainable transport solutions access to alternative vehicle technologies while supporting Kenya’s broader transition towards cleaner mobility. “said Dr. Sylvia Agani Commercial Director Sales and Marketing at Caetano Kenya.
