Bellazuri Cosmetics, Uganda’s luxury beauty brand, has opened its first experiential store in Nairobi. Located on the Lower Ground Floor of Sarit Centre, next to Carrefour supermarket, the store brings beauty lovers a range of premium skincare and makeup products specifically developed for African skin.

Bellazuri offers a wide range of products — from nourishing skincare essentials to makeup designed to enhance natural beauty.

Managing Director of Bellazuri Cosmetics, Ms Patricia Tino, said the opening marks a significant milestone for Bellazuri Cosmetics. “We are excited to offer premium, inclusive, and innovative beauty solutions to Kenyans, focusing on celebrating African skin and individuality,” Ms Tino said. “At Bellazuri, we believe beauty is not just about appearance, it’s about confidence, self-expression, and feeling your best. As we establish our presence in Nairobi, we are excited to welcome a new community and provide them with high-quality products that truly cater to their unique beauty needs.”

The Nairobi store is designed to provide personalised and immersive shopping experience. It features expert beauty consultations, during which customers can receive guidance on selecting the best skincare and makeup products for their unique skin type and tone.

“The store we are opening today harnesses technology to enhance the customer experience while shopping. The store features interactive product testing stations, allowing shoppers to explore Bellazuri’s innovative formulations firsthand and find the perfect match for their beauty needs,” she said.

“Carefully developed using advanced German technology, Bellazuri Cosmetics is redefining beauty by bridging the gap between expensive imported brands and low-quality, inexpensive alternatives. Our mission is to provide high-quality skincare that is both luxurious and affordable, ensuring that everyone can experience premium beauty without breaking the bank.”

Formulated with natural raw materials that are gentle on the skin, Ms Tino says Bellazuri products minimise chemical use while maximising skin benefits. “Designed to nourish, protect, and keep pores clear, Bellazuri Cosmetics enhances your natural beauty without compromise. Whether you seek hydration, radiance, or long-lasting skin health, our scientifically crafted formulations cater to all skin types, delivering visible results with every use,” she says.

Making her remarks at the store opening, Jael Alusiola, Bellazuri Sales Director Africa, noted that Nairobi’s dynamic beauty scene and diverse consumer base make it the perfect location for Bellazuri’s first Kenyan experiential store. Bellazuri Cosmetics, she said, caters to African skin needs. “We continuously collect feedback from African markets to develop and almost custom-make products that cater to our customer’s needs,” Ms Alusiola said. “Bellazuri stands for constant innovation. Our products are non-comedogenic and use the least chemicals possible.”

Present at the opening ceremony was influencer and celebrity, Kate Actress, who said: “I believe that beauty should be inclusive and empowering. I am happy to see Bellazuri has created a welcoming and inspiring space where customers can discover the beauty of natural ingredients and find products that make them feel confident and radiant.”
