The Hub Karen (THK) has launched an exciting “Shop and Win” Campaign that will give shoppers a chance to walk away with remarkable prizes, including a grand prize of Ksh 1 million, as the mall celebrates and rewards customer loyalty this festive season.

In partnership with the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and Kenya Airways, the campaign invites shoppers to enjoy the fantastic shopping experience that The Hub Karen has to offer – from premium retail and dining to leisure and entertainment – while giving them the added thrill of a chance to win memorable prizes.

Speaking during the launch of the campaign, The Hub Karen Manager, Mr Jacobus Visser, said the promotion is designed to elevate the shopping experience and create moments of joy for customers as THK ushers in the festive cheer.

“Shop and Win is our way of appreciating shoppers for choosing The Hub Karen. It’s about celebrating everyday shopping moments, creating lasting memorable experiences, and ending the year on a high note. We are excited to reward our winners as they step into the new year with something truly special,” he said.

Shoppers who spend across outlets within The Hub Karen will receive entries into the draw, making every shopping trip an opportunity to win. Beyond the Ksh 1 million cash prize, the campaign also features an enviable line-up of rewards, including, two return economy tickets from Nairobi to Cape Town for two from national carrier, Kenya Airways & accommodation for the second prize. The third prize is a two-night, full-board weekend getaway for two at the luxurious Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club located on the slopes of Africa’s second highest mountain which straddles the Equator .

“Shop & Win captures the spirit of the season and the sense of community that defines The Hub Karen. We invite everyone to come to The Hub Karen for shopping, enjoy memorable experiences, and enjoy the thrill of winning fantastic prizes this festive season,” added Mr Visser.

The campaign will end on 12th January 2026, marking the climax of what promises to be one of Kenya’s most engaging and rewarding customer reward promotions.
